Top Cap Section


This is the final installation area where the cap is sprayed with foam before it is joined together with the hull. The ice chest and the live well area is also foamed for insulation.




Top Cap


The top cap sits in the mold all the way down the line until ready to be joined. The caps and hulls are popped out of the molds with air pressure.
