Taping Mold

This is the first step in building a hull section. Once the mold is selected the gelcoat is sprayed into the mold. Once dry the stripes are taped in place and sprayed again. The hull is then ready for the installation of fiberglass. Each Triton hull receives 9 layers of fiberglass.
