Remember to bring your on beverage, tea will be available with the meal.
The total price per person will be approximately $10.11, that's not bad.
The front yard will have a huge lighted Christmas tree, you can't miss it. Eat time will start at 6p.m., so if you get there around 5:30 or so, that would be great. Hope to see you all there.
The October 2004 fish-off is set for Lake Eufaula, out of Lake Point state park, Frank Kelly has already reserved the cabins for the club, good job Frank.

NEW BUSINESS:

Danny Hardy was our guest at the meeting, sponsored by Frank Kelly.
All members should be knowledgeable of the club rules and Sop's, also take the time to ensure that your boat accessories are in working order and the required equipment is on board and is in working order, fire ext., whistled, horns etc. Also, remember to use good judgment in all wake zones, if your not sure where a wake zone starts and stops, the best thing to do would be idle through or past it.

November Tournament:

We had 16 boats ready to get the day started at safe daylight, the north wind and the 40-degree temperature made it cold to say the least. The water was stained to muddy in some places, but clear water was not hard to find.
The water in most of the creeks had been blown out by the north wind; they were lower than most people had anticipated. Crank baits and plastics worked fairly well for most, and those who fished the stained to muddy water had a little better luck than others. The bite was slow for the most part, but if you were in the right place at the right time, you could get real lucky.
Congratulations to Troy and Rich, both had a very nice bag of fish, each weighed in at 10.74 lbs. Billy Blackwell took third with 4 fish that weighed 6.18. Troy had the big fish for the tournament, it weighed in at 5.50 lbs, and it also took the boo-ray pot as well. Good job Troy.
