Fish-off Rule #3 - Change to read as follows:

Add 1a. to read as follows:
Any member may propose a change by submitting it in writing by the September meeting. (Fred Raby)

The change is to remove the last sentence in 1a.

A special fund, from fund raising projects, will be split equally among all members eligible for and participating in the annual fish-off. (Fred Raby)

Potential members must be nominated by a member in good standing.

Non boat owners will be allowed to join under the responsibility of their sponsors and provide the boat for the non boater. They will fish together at all tournaments unless the new member buys a boat. ( Tony Boyett )
Constitution and By-Laws : Article VI, Section 1a.
Change 1a. to read as follows:
Tournament sites will be selected by the membership as a whole at the October meeting as follows, all members have the opportunity to nominate (1) location for each month. Each month will be voted on (1) month at a time.
Each member can vote on as many sites as they want each month, the top (2) sites with the most votes will be voted on again. You can only vote (1) time for the final (2) sites each month. ( Tony Boyett )
