will not be considered late for the weight-in.

Remove rule 5 from the S.O.P.

Reason
The reason is that if you are running close to the deadline time and there are numberous boats around the dock and you cannot get to the dock to put your foot or the co angler 's foot on the dock you are considered late. there will be times that the dock has to many boats around it to be able to approach . Everyone should make every effort to remove his boat from the water asap. having to be on the dock is not the standard .
