5. Partners will be chosen by random draw conducted by the Tournament Director.

Rule 5:

Partners will be decided by a random draw for the 8 local (one day)tournaments and by
"PICK-YOUR-OWN PARTNER" FOR THE 4 OUT OF TOWN (2 DAY) TOURNAMENTS.

Reason

Since the club meetings are on Wednesday night the present rule does not leave much time for the drawn partners to make plans to leave on
Thursday in order to prefish. This will allow all partners to be able to schedule there work or what ever and make arrangements for this trip
in advance. All partners that are paired will inform the tournament director as far in advance of their choices. and anyone not paired prior
to the club meeting will be paired by the tournament director at the meeting...
