Section 3. Inactive Membership:

a. Inactive membership shall be awarded to any active member in good standing who expresses interest in becoming an inactive member.
If the member's dues are paid through October the inactive dues will be waived until that time.
Otherwise inactive dues are payable in October.

Add "b" To Read

b. Members failing to attend at least one club function in any three month period will have his name removed from the fish standings page and moved to inactive status. To regain active status a member must fish his next tournament as a nonboater and pay a $5 reentry fee.

Reason

Our constitution needs some teeth to spark member interest but not so much as to run someone off.
