Minutes of the Meeting:

The January meeting of the Pensacola Hawg Hunters was brought to order at 7:00 p.m. on Jan 18, 2005 at Founaris Bros. President Kevin Simmons presided. There were 21 members present.

Old Buisness:

The end of season banquet will be held at the Cock of the Walk on
9 Mile Road on Friday, 10th of February At 6:00 P.M. The club elected to choose from the menu rather than order the special.

New Buisness:

The results were not posted in December due to scale failure.
The club elected to use Brian Metcalf's scales as a back up until we can get a new set, and use the current set as a back up.



 

January Tournament:

The January tournament was held at Tensaw out of Cliffs. The weather was calling for showers. The convoy arrived around 5:30 and most anglers decided to sit in the parking lot and figure out their game plan till the lighting finished. Kevin Simmons was being bossy and made his partner put the boat in the water right away. Everyone was on there way to their fishing hole around 6:30. For most it was a hard day. Several people found what the fish wanted. Mr. Dyess came out on top after his partner had to teach him how to fish for most of the day. Rumor had it that his partner was culling before he ever had a fish in the boat. This month Neil Springstead is in 1st place. Who will it be after Seminole in February.
