No old business discussed.

New Buisness:

We would like to extend our greetings to our newest " or new old member " to the Hawg Hunters. Welcome back Rich Renner. Perhaps we have stop the trend of newly voted in member not at the meeting when voted in. You still have a ways to go to equal the record of leaving and returning to the Hawg Huntrs, Rich. That record is secure for now so says a reliable source.
The summary of November's minutes were presented as was the treasurer's report. The drawing for the 50/50 was done as won by Ken Repine. See there is hope for all! Contribute to 50/50 pot, you never know, you too could be the winner. Remember the club profits too!
Payouts for the November tournament:
1st. Ken Repine
2nd. Wayne Thomley(t)
2nd. Jere Jaillite (t)
4th. Rich Cornelius
Banquet suggestions were intertained. Several locations were presented by President Dave Dyess, who had made several contacts to secure prices. A vote was conducted for having the awards banquet at Copeland's on January 15, 2005 and by majority vote Copeland's was chosen. Additionally a count was conducted on who would attend. The count determined 33 committed to attending the club awards banquet.

NOTE!!!
The Awards banquet has been rescheduled for Friday, January 28th at 7:00 PM at Copeland's due to the 15th being unavailable. Hope to see you all there!

By majority vote it was determined that our meeting would be held at Fournaris Brothers, which has re openned. This will begin in January2005.

New Buisness:

President Dave Dyess asked for volunteers to meet with him on January 11, 2005 to go over the constitution and tournament rules to attempt to carify these and begin working on the Hawg Hunter S.O.P. Once the work of creating an S.O.P and trying to bring together any missing portions of what has been in the constitution, tournament rules and fish off rules, the obtained information will be presented to the membership.
The meeting on January 11, 2005 is not with the intend of making any changes, but to try and determine what if anything is missing from our current by laws that should still be contained therein. Discussion was conducted as to where shirts and hats were they should be obtained. A suggestion was presented that it might be wise to simplify things and have both the shirt and monogramming be at the same location.

December
Tournament:

It seems as though Rich Cornelius has a corner on the boat bet this new fishing season. He has been a part of the team winning the boat bet 2 months in a row. Can anyone slow him down?

He and his partner, Ron Fairbanks won it with a total weight of 8.15 lbs.

Mitch Gardner took BigFish

"
A Whoopin Big 2.35 lbs" on his first tournament as he retured back to the club as a full time tournament fish- er- man!!!
It was quite a cold morning starting out. That coupled with the heavy fog added a handicap shared by all who braved the elements. Judging from the final results, all went home tired and with little to show for there efforts. The also "fished category "had more names than the standings list this month
. Hopefully next month will see a longer list of those who caught fish.
